Repeat is the first ever Dutch headphone brand to make sustainable headphones. How then, you must be asking yourself. Because our headphones consist of eight separate parts that can easily be twisted together.
As a result, you will always be able to repair your Dutch headphones easily. If at any point something breaks, you only have to replace the broken part instead of throwing away the entire headphones. This way, you contribute to less E-waste, because we can often reuse broken parts. Find out how it works.

Repeat's Dutch Modular Headphones
Repeat is originally a very Dutch company. It all started in Delft where the founders studied together, then out of passion for music they started Repeat, which has been based in Rotterdam since its inception.
Although our headphones are durable due to our innovative design, quality is our number one priority. We believe that sustainability should not come at the expense of the product. The headphones therefore also have a great sound that is trusted by artists such as the Metropole Orkest, Willem from the Opposites and Mingue.

ORDER A NEW PART
Dropped your headphones? It happens. Ear cushions a little worn? No stress. Simply log in to your account and order a replacement part. If you have a subscription or free repairs forever the spare parts are free.

YOU’LL GET IT THE NEXT DAY
Your new part will arrive the following working day. That’s usually less than a 24-hour wait.

REPLACE THE DAMAGED PART
Switch out the damaged part for the new one. Our headphones are made to be easily disassembled (it’s actually quite fun) but if you need help, just get in touch.

SEND IT BACK TO US
You’ll find a prepaid envelope along with the new part, so you can send the damaged part back to us free of charge.

OLD PART, MEET YOUR NEW HOME
The damaged part is checked to see if it can be lovingly repaired and reused in a new pair of headphones. If not, the materials are recycled.

All models come with a free 30-day trial. If you change your mind, just send them back to us. Prefer to try them in shop? Check out our store locator for the nearest location.
Too good to be true? Yet the answer really is; yes. Even battery life is covered by your lifetime warranty! As a Repeat user with Free Repairs, you can always order parts. And we pay the shipping costs, also for returns. We do always oblige you to send the broken parts back again 🙂 .

As soon as we receive your headphones, we will refund the purchase price (if purchased 30 days ago - a few days later is no problem either). And we'll make sure your headphones will make someone else happy again!
