Switch out the damaged part for the new one. Our headphones are made to be easily disassembled (it’s actually quite fun) but if you need help, just get in touch.

You’ll find a prepaid envelope along with the new part, so you can send the damaged part back to us free of charge.

What a shame the headphones aren’t to your liking, but no worries! Head over to the returns page for the steps to return them. Once we get your headphones back, we’ll refund the purchase price (as long as it’s within 60 days, if it's a few days later, that’s fine too). And we’ll make sure your headphones find a new home with someone else!
When you make a purchase through our webshop, you will automatically be assigned an account by us afterwards. Based on the data you use to complete the order, your account will be created.
