Do you really want to return it anyway? No hard feelings :). Just follow the instructions below. As soon as your headphones are received, we will refund the purchase price. And we'll make sure your headphones will make someone else happy again!
Follow the steps carefully for proper settlement!
1. Please ensure that the headphones are complete, including the accompanying cables. We charge €12.50 per missing cable.

Print the form and stick it on the box, if you do not have a printer you can also write the data on the box.

3. Send the headphones back disassembled. We advise you to send it back in the original box. That way you can send it as a letterbox package, which is cheaper.
4. Take a photo or screenshot of the shipping receipt! Send us the shipping receipt via chat, app or email with your name.
Please note that if the parcel does not reach us and we have not received a dispatch note from you, you will have to pay the excess. We will not be able to verify that you have sent the parcel.
